Yes! All Tech Smart repairs come with our 1 year manufacturing warranty which means if you have any issues related to the screen, battery, charging port or any other repair part or service within 1 year we will fix it for FREE as long as there is no physical damage.

Our certified technicians work on hundreds of devices everyday. Our average repair time for common fixes is 30-45 minutes with an appointment. Please understand that Tech Smart offers both simple and complex repairs, soldering and more advanced level repairs may take more time. We welcome walk-ins but we recommend you call and schedule an appointment to beat the crowd.

Do you need my passcode?

Yes. If we do not obtain the passcode for your device we cannot test all the functions of the device to guarantee that they are working properly before and after the repair. If you do not feel comfortable giving out the password, we can proceed with your repair but we will not be able to test the device.
